Ok I have taken this holiday choice for one very good reason. Travel Agents have estimated that this could be one of the biggest holidays of 2010. There are a few people that do not research a country they are going to at all, so this should help out a bit. The flight to Sri Lanka may set you back quite a lot in terms of cash, but once you get there the prices are unbelievably low? There is no much in the way of expenses to pay. Now although it will cost a fair bit for you to actually to get to Sri Lanka, costs over there are very low. The hotels here are an absolute wonder, so once your in your sorted. Sri Lanka hotels are well known for treating their customers extremely well. There is also a lovely chance for you to indulge in a safari, the majority of the time people like to explore this country, and this activity allows you to do this. If you want to try and experience a great time of adventure then this is great for you, safaris are available all year round in the jungles and rain forests of Sri lanka. Sri Lanka offers a great experience of fun and excitation for anyone who visits.
This just like every other holiday in the world, has some downsides that may put you off. The weather is one of them, the rainy season comes about around October and through January, and there is no avoiding it. The rain is truly immense. Now if you don’t mind getting a bit wet (it’s worse than a bit but never mind), then there are a couple of other problems. This is a very poor country, and it is still torn by civil war, which you really don’t want to get caught up in. The best way to avoid this is to stick to roads and stay with a guide whenever you venture out into the wilderness. I can’t stand needles, so the injections that you need for certain parts of Sri Lanka simply aren’t worth it for me!
